Metallica's album load released in 1996, takes a dramatic turn in the way that Metallica albums are made, continuing from the more groove orientated tracks of the Black Album. Songs were shorter on the album and more melodic. Still there were some tracks that lasted longer than 9minutes and Load still sold worldwide in different countries.
